Kittens, kittens, kittens!
Kittens are everywhere right now. We’ve been getting a lot of calls from people with kittens they need to get rid of. While we understand the problem, we can NOT accept kittens as we would be quickly overwhelmed with sheer numbers. We love them, but we can’t take them from you. We are a very small animal hospital, not a rescue group. Below is a list of rescue groups in the area to try, and there is always the Onslow County Animal Services. Be aware that “kitten season” is in full swing and that EVERYONE has too many kittens right now.

Anyone caught dumping kittens on our doorstep will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible, and then we have to be the ones to take the poor babies over to Animal Services. 
😥Please do the right thing and be sure that they are responsibly re-homed and not just dumped on someone else. Better yet, spay and neuter to prevent the problem in the first place. There are just not enough homes for them all.
